| Festival guests will find photography shows
literally everywhere: in the trees, projected in storefront
windows, on the sides of buildings, and of course, in
all the galleries. Our goal is to transform Downtown Charlottesville
for the week into a “Living Image.” |

The installation also involves a collaboration with Matthew Burtner, a composer and faculty member of the University of Virginia School of Music. In "YourSpace" festival attendees can print or project their own work for others to see. The creative and collaborative nature of "YourSpace" is at the heart of the mission of our Festival and we encourage everyone to participate. This year's theme is: Serendipity.

you bring in an audience. The shows will be looped and running
at all times. Please participate and make this special!
Guidelines for Printing/Projecting During Festival
Printing in Yourspace is the same as printing at home:
Canon will need H x W x 300 dpi to make a print - the maximum size for printing is 16" x 20" with a border or 17" x 21" with a full bleed.
- Files should be saved as TIFF (with or without LZW compression) or as a high resolution JPG
- Files should have a Adobe RGB or sRGB color space
- Adobe RGB will yield a broader color palette
Canon will bring a 17" wide and two - 14" wide printers (3 images maximum)
