Grand Finale "Works"

To complete the celebration of three days of peace, love and
photography, the Festival's Grand Finale "Works"
will take place at the Charlottesville Pavilion on Saturday
June 9th at 7pm. The evening begins with a special musical
performance by The Hackensaw Boys. And once the sun has safely
set, (around 9pm), the evening's mega visual event commences,
featuring new work by world-renown photographers projected
onto a giant screen. Enjoy food and drink while viewing arresting,
never before seen images by a diverse range of distinguished
photographers, from Anton Corbijn to Paolo Pellegrin . Many
of the artists will be on hand, and the evening includes a
special segment by National Geographic photographer Sam Abell.
Free admittance with Festival Pass, or tickets are available
for $15

NPR correspondent extraordinaire Alex Chadwick will engage
INsight photographers in conversations about their lives and
work in photography. These Actors Studio-style interviews
will be accompanied by a screening of the photographer's work.

admittance into all our featured events: "INsight Conversations"
with William Albert Allard, Sally Mann, and Eugene Richards;

exciting emerging photographers; and the event finale "Works"

the Festival Pass with premium reserved seating. Additionally,
VIP guests are invited to meet our three INsight artists at

Harvey and Friends SOLD

Our 2007 lineup of instructors include David Alan Harvey,
Maggie Steber, Alex Webb, and Rebecca Norris Webb. These masterclasses
are open to all Festival guests and designed to give you the
opportunity to learn with creative, committed artists whose
work inspires you and who will help you master your own creative
energy.
